I absolutely loved my experience! The stylist was incredibly attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. I came in with a vague idea and left with a fabulous cut that made me feel so confident. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the whole process enjoyable. The only slight downside was the wait time, as they seemed a bit busy that day, but honestly, it was worth it for the results. I'll definitely be returning for my next trim!

After years of searching for a hairdresser who understands my hair type, I finally found a gem! The team here really knows their stuff. I had a fantastic consultation where they analysed my hair texture and gave me tailored suggestions. I opted for highlights, and the colour was so vibrant and natural—exactly what I wanted! The only thing I’d suggest is to maybe have some more magazines or entertainment options while you're waiting. Nonetheless, it was a lovely experience, and I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about this place! From my first visit to my latest appointment, I've consistently been impressed by the level of service and expertise. The stylist took her time to understand my preferences, which was evident in the beautiful layered cut she gave me. I also appreciated how she suggested products tailored to my hair needs without pushing me into buying anything. The vibe of the salon is really inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I must mention the lovely coffee they offer—it was a nice touch! The only area for improvement would be the online booking system; it can be a bit glitchy at times. However, the staff are always accommodating over the phone. Overall, a fantastic place that has made me a loyal customer. I can't recommend it enough!

I had booked a balayage treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how thorough the process was. The stylist was patient, explained every step, and even offered tips on maintaining the look at home. I could see they truly care about their clients. The only minor issue I had was the temperature—it felt a bit chilly inside, but that could have just been me! Overall, I’m thrilled with my hair and can’t wait to show it off. A wonderful experience that I will definitely be repeating!
